Approach

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the tradition of depth psychology, with a primary focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy. I collaborate with individuals to uncover the unconscious patterns that shape decisions, relationships, and overall sense of fulfillment. This exploration is aimed to foster self-awareness and nurture a compassionate understanding of both oneself and others.

Grounded in curiosity and empathy, my work is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Therapy, in this context, is a collaborative and dynamic process that remains attuned to the complexity of each person’s experience.

My goal extends beyond symptom relief to facilitating lasting, transformative change, empowering others to live with greater clarity and authenticity. Services are currently provided under supervision as part of my doctoral training in clinical psychology.

Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy services focus on improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening emotional connection. Therapy helps partners explore underlying patterns that influence their interactions. Sessions aim to support deeper understanding, mutual respect, and healthier relationship dynamics.

Psychological Assessment

Psychological and neuropsychological assessment services are offered to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. These assessments support the treatment of conditions such as ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, learning difficulties, complex trauma, and neurocognitive disorders. Each evaluation includes comprehensive feedback to guide treatment planning and foster personal growth.
