Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in the tradition of depth psychology, with a primary focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we will gently explore unconscious patterns that influence your decisions, relationships, and overall sense of fulfillment. This exploration is intended to cultivate increased self-awareness and nurture a compassionate understanding of both yourself and others.

Guided by curiosity and empathy, I thoughtfully tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I view therapy as a dynamic, collaborative process that honors the richness of personality and stays attuned to the complexity of lived experience. Our work will extend beyond symptom relief to support meaningful psychological change, fostering clarity and authenticity.

I offer in-person therapy in Lake Worth, Florida, as well as secure online sessions for clients throughout Florida. Psychological services are provided under the supervision of a Florida-licensed psychologist.
