My approach to therapy is grounded in the tradition of depth psychology, with a primary focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy. Together, we will gently explore unconscious patterns that influence your decisions, relationships, and overall sense of fulfillment. This exploration is intended to cultivate greater self-awareness and nurture a compassionate understanding of both yourself and others.

Our work will extend beyond symptom relief to support meaningful, lasting, and transformative change, fostering clarity and authenticity.
I offer in-person therapy in Fort Lauderdale and Lake Worth, Florida, as well as secure online sessions for clients throughout Florida. Services are currently provided under supervision of a licensed psychologist as part of my doctoral training.
Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

Psychological Assessment
Psychological and neuropsychological assessment services are offered to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. These assessments support the treatment of conditions such as ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, learning difficulties, complex trauma, and neurocognitive disorders. Each evaluation includes comprehensive feedback to guide treatment planning and foster personal growth.
